Thank you to all the sculptors who pre-registered in Loveland, CO for the 2010 RiverSpan Sculpture Exhibition & Sale. As many of you already know, the RiverSpan sculpture only exhibition is held on the deck of the Purple People Bridge, which spans the Ohio River between the Cincinnati riverfront and the Northern Kentucky entertainment district. This past June, despite the economic woes of the world, we held our second annual exhibition, hosting eighty sculptors from 4 continents, 5 nations and 26 American states. Forty-eight percent of the sculptors sold work during this past summmer’s event and most all have voiced their desire to be juried in for an opportunity to return. Once again, RiverSpan’s guests were awed by the broad scope of style, genre and media and amazed by the degree of talent on display. Many of the artists contend that RiverSpan is the “must do” sculpture event for the next decade. I strongly encourage you to submit your works to be considered for the 2010 RiverSpan Sculpture event. Registration is easy through Zapplication at www.zapplication.org .

Registration at www.zapplication.org closes December 7, 2009.

The registration deadline is only 90 days away, so please remember to register for the 2010 RiverSpan Sculpture Exhibition and Sale. The on-line registration for RiverSpan is open at www.zapplication.org or you can find a link to it on our website at www.riverspansculpture.org .

We are working to notify as many professional sculptors as possible of the RiverSpan Sculpture opportunity, but if you are new to the news, or simply care to know more, visit  www.RiverSpanSculpture.org to see more of what makes us special. The RiverSpan Sculpture Exhibition and Sale, is a “sculpture only” event held on the deck of the Purple People Bridge from June 18 – 20, 2010.

The RiverSpan Sculpture Exhibition and Sale. You do not want to miss it!

The Purple People Bridge, a 137 year old steel trestle, restored as a pedestrian causeway, spans the 1360′ width of the majestic, Ohio River, will be home to the three-day, fine art event each June. The Greater Cincinnati region, nestled into the Ohio River valley, comprised of 3 states and 15 counties, is home to over 2 million residents who are all within a 40 minute drive of the RiverSpan event. Abundant parking, lodging and additional dining / entertainment lies within walking distance of the exhibition venue. The Greater Cincinnati region lies at the epicenter, within a 500 mile radius, of 60% of our nations population.

Please feel free to call and speak with me, Bruce Olson or Mike Kolb to discover the benefits of the newest, “sculpture only” event in North America. Learn of our plans for regional, national and international marketing of the event.

Please join with us to make this the preeminent “sculpture only” event in North America.
